As the seasons change so does our desire for certain foods.  We tend to crave more warming dishes and those healthy fats become even more important to boost and protect our immune system as winter approaches.  Plus dry skin can become an issue as we notice the colder air on our skin and the dryer warm indoor air from heaters can have a negative effect on our skin, not to mention the ravages of all that summer sun!! This raw pate has the lovely autumn crunch of walnuts and the great omega balance of hemp seed oil.  Just the recipe on hot toast with a bowel of warming soup yum!!

“This recipe packs some serious omega punch!  It’s so important, as with all things, that we get balance and variety in our diets. This is also important when it comes to dietary fats.  I love that hemp seed oil provides me with the perfect balance of omega 3, 6 and 9 and combined with the goodness of walnuts we’ve got a serious winner here!Michelle Yandle
