Kiwi Hemp Hearts are 100% grown in New Zealand by our very own Hemp farmers, harvested and deshelled, fresh from farm to table. Hemp is one of the earliest known plants cultivated and one of the world’s most nutritious ingredients. It’s versatility means it can be added to a wide variety of recipes.

10g of Protein & 12g of Omega 3, 6  and only 3g of Carbs per serving (30g). Hemp seed is also a plentiful source of fibre, vitamins, and minerals such as magnesium, iron, zinc, and potassium. Unlike many other nuts and seeds, the hemp seed is not a known food allergen.
