Ingredients
- 1 Green apple
- 1 Green kiwifruit
- 2 tbsp Hemp hearts
- ½ Frozen banana (cut into chunks)
- 1 cup liquid of your choice eg. water, coconut water
- Optional extras: spinach, ice, protein powder
Directions
- Chop the apple into smaller chunks and peel the kiwifruit, (or leave as is if gold kiwifruit)
- Add to high speed blender with hemp hearts, banana, and spinach if using and liquid of choice. (Milk and yoghurt will add more calories so just be aware if you're looking to cut down a bit).
- Blend until smooth, and thin with extra liquid to desired consistency....
