Apple & Kiwi Smoothie

If you like a little bit of Zing in your life, this one is for you! Super simple but super refreshing, this smoothie packs a punch and can be adapted with a few extra ingredients.


  • 1 Green apple
  • 1 Green kiwifruit
  • 2 tbsp Hemp hearts
  • ½ Frozen banana (cut into chunks)
  • 1 cup liquid of your choice eg. water, coconut water
  • Optional extras: spinach, ice, protein powder


  1. Chop the apple into smaller chunks and peel the kiwifruit, (or leave as is if gold kiwifruit)
  2. Add to high speed blender with hemp hearts, banana, and spinach if using and liquid of choice. (Milk and yoghurt will add more calories so just be aware if you're looking to cut down a bit).
  3. Blend until smooth, and thin with extra liquid to desired consistency....
