Apple & Peanut Butter ‘Donuts’

Crispy, tart, green apples and peanut butter are such a great match and these "donuts" are the perfect no-guilt snack. Cut the apples into donut-shaped slices and top with healthy fruit, nuts, and seeds of your choice! Of course, we would choose hemp hearts!! Great for an after school snack or a light lunch. Ideas for toppings: Blueberries, grapes, raspberries, coconut, raisins, hemp hearts, choc chips, mixed nuts, chia seeds.


  • 2 Green apples
  • 4 tbsp Peanut butter
  • Fruit
  • Nuts & Seeds


  1. Slice a crisp green apple into 1cm rounds. Use a sharp knife or an apple corer to removed the seeds.
  2. Spread each slice with peanut butter.
  3. Decorate with toppings of choice.
