Chia Hemp Seed Pudding

Make this nutritious and simple breakfast the night before and then just grab and go in the morning! Packed with magnesium, iron, fibre, and plant-based omega-3s. Perfect!!


  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • ½ cup Nut Milk
  • Optional Extras
  • Sweetener of your choice, e.g. maple, or date syrup…
  • Flavours of choice, e.g. vanilla, cocoa…
  • Your favourite yoghurt for layering
  • Pureed or sliced fruit, e.g. bananas, mango, strawberries for layering
  • Chopped nuts & hemp hearts for topping


  1. Add the milk, chia and hemp hearts in a re-used jar and mix well, ensuring there are no lumps. Cover and pop in the fridge for 2 hours, or overnight. (If you want to make it fancy… layer up, now or later with your favourite fruit and yoghurt).
  2. Depending on how many layers, extras, and toppings you add, this recipe will be sufficient for 1-2 servings.
