Ingredients
- 90 g Butter
- 3 tbsp Cocoa
- ¼ cup Hemp Hearts
- 2 tbsp Honey or Golden Syrup
- 2 tbsp Castor Sugar
- 75 g Rice Bubbles or Cornflakes
Directions
- Melt butter and honey (or golden syrup) slowly over a medium heat, add cocoa and mix well.
- Remove from heat, stir in sugar using a metal spoon, then fold in Hemp Hearts and rice bubbles (or cornflakes).
- Stir until the rice bubbles (or cornflakes) are well covered.
- Fill paper cases, sprinkle with extra Hemp Hearts, and set in fridge.
