Edamame & Hemp Hearts Dip

Edamame & Hemp Hearts Dip

Here’s a new and healthy plant-based dip to try!

Edamame beans are whole, immature soy beans. You can find them deshelled in free-flow bags in the frozen vegetable aisle of your supermarket. They should be cooked before use. Edamame beans and hemp hearts both contain an exceptionally healthy nutritional profile with very good levels of protein, dietary fibre, and micronutrients.
