Energizing Hemp Protein Plum Porridge

Start your day with this deliciously decadent plant-based hemp protein and plum porridge, just the perfect winter warming start to your day!

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Hemp protein powder
  • ½ cup Organic oats
  • 1 pinch Himalayan salt
  • 1 cup Your favourite milk
  • 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • 1 tbsp Honey (the real stuff)
  • ½ tbsp Plums or nuts & berries, banana or fruit of your liking

Directions

  1. Pour the milk of your choice into a saucepan (pot) and bring it to a light rolling boil stirring occasionally so it does not catch and burn on the bottom, then turn the heat down to a simmer.
  2. Now add in all the other ingredients to the saucepan of milk stirring constantly for around 5-6 minutes until creamy & delightfully hot.
  3. Now transfer to a serving bowl, and allow to cool for around 3-4 min before serving.
  4. Add the fruit topping of your choice with a sprinkling of hemp seeds and enjoy!
