Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries and blackberries
- 1 banana
- ½ avocado
- 1 tbsp hemp seed hearts
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup soy milk
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. You can add dates for sweetness.
- Serve topped with chopped strawberries and hemp hearts.
