Feeling Good Berry Smoothie

An easy, delicious, full of antioxidants and omegas smoothie from @greenkai_. Simple to make and refreshing to drink!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries and blackberries
  • 1 banana
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tbsp hemp seed hearts
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup soy milk

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. You can add dates for sweetness.
  2. Serve topped with chopped strawberries and hemp hearts.
  3. Enjoy!
