Frozen Yoghurt Bark with Toasted Hemp Hearts

A simple and fun to make, frozen snack or dessert, topped with toasted hemp hearts.


  • 1 ¼ cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup melted dark chocolate
  • 1 sliced banana
  • ¼ cup toasted or raw hemp hearts


  1. Mix yogurt, peanut butter, and honey in a bowl and spread onto a large tray covered in baking paper
  2. Dollop with melted chocolate and swirl with a small fork to mix
  3. Gently heat the hemp hearts in a non-stick fry pan until just starting to turn colour. Be careful to keep an eye on them and keep them moving. Toasting them gives them a nuttier flavour!
  4. Top mixture with bananas and toasted (or raw) hemp hearts and freeze for approx 4-5 hours
  5. Break up into smaller pieces for a frozen dessert or for simply snacking!
