Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ⅓ cup melted dark chocolate
- 1 sliced banana
- ¼ cup toasted or raw hemp hearts
Directions
- Mix yogurt, peanut butter, and honey in a bowl and spread onto a large tray covered in baking paper
- Dollop with melted chocolate and swirl with a small fork to mix
- Gently heat the hemp hearts in a non-stick fry pan until just starting to turn colour. Be careful to keep an eye on them and keep them moving. Toasting them gives them a nuttier flavour!
- Top mixture with bananas and toasted (or raw) hemp hearts and freeze for approx 4-5 hours
- Break up into smaller pieces for a frozen dessert or for simply snacking!
