Try these No-bake Gooey Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Raspberry, Hemp Seed Protein Bars. (Recipe created by Aga of Green Kai Plant-based recipes.) The base is chocolatey, fudgey, and chewy, with a peanut butter centre, and topped with melted chocolate, hemp hearts and raspberries. Yum! Packed with protein and perfect as a vegan snack or dessert.

Ingredients
- Layer 1
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp Cacao Powder
- ¾ cup Hemp Hearts
- 1 cup Dates
- ½ cup Chopped Cashews
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- Layer 2
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup (optional)
- Layer 3
- ¾ cup Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp Melted Coconut Oil
- Toppings
- ¼ cup Hemp Hearts
- 2 tbsp Frozen or Freeze-dried raspberries
Directions
- In a food processor, place peanut butter, hemp seeds, cacao powder, dates, cashews and vanilla essence. Blend until well combined.
- Place in a square cake tin, spread evenly with a spatula and press.
- In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter with maple syrup (optional), and spread it over the base, place it in the fridge for the time being.
- Melt the chocolate with coconut oil and pour it over the peanut butter layer.
- Top with hemp hearts and raspberries.
- Place in the fridge for 30+ minutes to set.
