Ingredients
- ½ cup fresh pineapple chunks
- ½ cup frozen mango
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ cup greek yoghurt
- ¼ cup hemp hearts
- 1 tsp grated raw turmeric (or a thumb-size)
- ½ tsp grated raw ginger (half a thumb)
- ½ squeezed lemon (optional)
- ½ cup liquid of your choice (eg. water, orange juice, coconut water)
Directions
- Sub in any missing ingredients and adjust quantities to suit
- Whizz until smooth in a high-powered blender.
- Adjust the liquid according to how thick you prefer your smoothie
