Healing Hemp Smoothie

A healing and anti-inflammatory super smoothie recipe to kick off your day. Made with hemp hearts, turmeric, mango, pineapple, ginger, and banana. Perfect for helping to soothe inflammation.


  • ½ cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup greek yoghurt
  • ¼ cup hemp hearts
  • 1 tsp grated raw turmeric (or a thumb-size)
  • ½ tsp grated raw ginger (half a thumb)
  • ½ squeezed lemon (optional)
  • ½ cup liquid of your choice (eg. water, orange juice, coconut water)


  1. Sub in any missing ingredients and adjust quantities to suit
  2. Whizz until smooth in a high-powered blender.
  3. Adjust the liquid according to how thick you prefer your smoothie
