  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • ½ cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • 1 tbsp Maca powder
  • 1 tsp Tahini
  • ¾ cup Water or plant-based Milk


  1. Put all ingredients into a blender, or a jug (for use with hand blender).
  2. Blend until creamy smooth and enjoy immediately. Enjoy!
