Home-made crackers – quick, easy, versatile and waste-free. Using Hemp Farm® hemp hearts makes these extra nutritious and yummy. The gelatinous chia and flax seeds are there to hold the other ingredients together, but you can experiment with whichever seeds you may have at home. You can also add oats or buckwheat groats to the mix, otherwise keep it completely gluten and grain-free.
Serve these with your favourite cheeses or with this delicious Hemp and Walnut Pate.
