Introducing our delicious Hemp Protein Power Bars, especially crafted for all the gym bunnies out there! This is a dense bar, packed with plant-based protein, fibre, and essential nutrients. The perfect fuel to keep you energized throughout the day, power up your workouts, and ready to conquer any fitness challenge that comes your way.


  • 1 cup Hemp protein powder
  • 1 cup Hemp hearts
  • 1 cup Pitted dates
  • ½ cup Peanut butter
  • ¼ cup Cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup Maple syrup
  • ¼ cup Melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Optional Topping
  • 12 Squares Dark Chocolate (approx)


  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor, and pulse until the mixture is finely ground and well combined.
  2. Press into 6 silicone bar moulds, or 12 mini moulds. (Alternatively, press into a small, lined baking tin.)
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
  4. Optional: Top with melted dark chocolate if desired.
  5. Remove from moulds or cut the slice into bars and serve.
  6. These bars are perfect for a healthy snack on the go or for a post-workout boost of protein. They are vegan, gluten-free, and packed with the goodness of natural hemp protein, hemp hearts, and peanut butter. Enjoy!
