Ingredients
- 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Small Red Onion
- 1 Handful of Fresh Chopped Mint Leaves
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Hemp Seed Oil (add extra as required)
- 1 tbsp Hemp Hearts
Directions
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and place in a medium-sized bowl
- Chop the red onion in half, and then chop each half into very fine slices.
- Chop the fresh mint finely
- Add the balsamic vinegar and the the hemp seed oil
- Season with salt and pepper
- Mix well to combine
- Chill for 1/2 hour in the fridge
- Sprinkle with hemp hearts just prior to serving
