  • 2 Ripe pears, quartered
  • 2 Kiwifruit, halved
  • 10g Fresh root ginger, cut in round slices
  • 2 tbsp Hemp hearts
  • 150g Ice cubes
  • 100g Water


  1. Chop ingredients as required.
  2. Add all ingredients into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
