Ingredients
- 1 Handful of frozen kale
- 125 g frozen pineapple
- 80 g frozen banana
- 30 g vanilla coconut yoghurt
- 20 g whole grain rolled oats
- 1 tsp kiwi hemp hearts
- 150 ml probiotic soy milk
Directions
- Pineapple kale green smoothie. Refreshing healthy drink after work!
- Blend everything together till smooth
- Then topped with kiwi hemp hearts, desiccated coconuts.
