This Pineapple Kale Green Smoothie is the bee's knees of all kale smoothies! It’s made with healthy nutritious ingredients like pineapple, banana, kale, and kiwi hemp seeds. This smoothie is high in protein and fiber to keep you full, and best of all it doesn’t taste like kale.

Ingredients

  • 1 Handful of frozen kale
  • 125 g frozen pineapple
  • 80 g frozen banana
  • 30 g vanilla coconut yoghurt
  • 20 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 1 tsp kiwi hemp hearts
  • 150 ml probiotic soy milk

Directions

  1. Pineapple kale green smoothie. Refreshing healthy drink after work!
  2. Blend everything together till smooth
  3. Then topped with kiwi hemp hearts, desiccated coconuts.
