Ingredients
- 1 cup Raw walnuts
- ½ cup Hemp Hearts
- 1 tbsp Minced brown onion
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Hemp seed oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Soak walnuts in water overnight.
- The next day, drain the walnuts and then process along with the hemp hearts, parsley, garlic, onion, lemon juice, salt & pepper, and hemp seed oil in a blender or food processor.
- Delicious on sourdough bread or your favorite chopped vegetables.
