Ingredients
- 5 cups Rice bubbles
- 1 cup Hemp hearts
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 4 cups Mini marshmallows
- White Chocolate (or icing)
- Pink colouring
Directions
- In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
- Add rice bubbles and hemp hearts and stir until well coated.
- Press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan lined with baking paper, leaving extra to remove slice.
- Carefully remove slice from tray as a slab using the baking paper, and using a heart-shaped cookie cutter cut out your shapes. (You can get creative with the offcuts as well, or re-press to make more cut-outs)
- Refrigerate hearts until set and get creative with your decorating using white chocolate or icing.
