Superfood Hemp & Maca Smoothie with banana, ginger and mango

Ingredients

  • 1 Large banana
  • 100 g Frozen mango (1 Cup)
  • 1 tsp Ginger (finely grated)
  • 1 tsp Gelatinazed maca powder
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Tahini
  • 1 tbsp Sprinkle of Hemp Seeds Hearts

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a jug blender and blend until creamy smooth.
  2. Use less liquid if you want it to be super thick.
  3. Pour in a glass and drink as a smoothie or alternatively pour into a bowl, dress with granola, chopped fruit and a sprinkle of hulled hemp seeds and enjoy with a spoon.
