These stuffed dates are a superfood boosted version of the classic snack. Hemp seeds are full of amazing omega fatty acids and rich minerals such as iron, zinc, and magnesium. Of course, you could simply stuff with hemp butter, or any nut butter.
Directions
- Combine the peanut butter and seeds in a small bowl.
- Slice the dates lengthways but not completely through
- Remove the stones
- Spoon the peanut butter mixture into the dates
- Drizzle with melted chocolate
- Sprinkle with sea salt or extra hemp hearts
