Ingredients
- 2 Medium Potatoes
- 1 cup Cauliflower Florets
- ½ cup Nutritional Yeast
- ¼ cup Hemp Hearts
- 1 Clove of Garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- ⅓ cup Soy Milk
- 2 tsp Hemp Seed Oil
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- Garnish
- 1 Medium Tomato (chopped)
- 1 Handful of Fresh Coriander (chopped)
- To Serve
- Your favourite Corn Chips!!
Directions
- Peel the potatoes and chop them into quarters, cut the cauliflower florets, and boil them together in salty water until tender.
- Drain and cool the potatoes and cauliflower to room temperature.
- Place them in the blender. Add nutritional yeast, hemp hearts, garlic clove, salt, turmeric, soy milk, hemp oil, and apple cider vinegar. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Garnish with chopped tomato and coriander and serve with your favourite corn chips.
- Enjoy!
