Watermelon Strawberry Smoothie (only 4 ingredients)

Mmmm... watermelon.  Such a great way to stay hydrated and also high in Vitamin A and Vitamin C.   If you're reading this in Summer you'll know there's plenty around right now! This cooling smoothie is a great way to use up any extra slices you have and with just 4 ingredients and no added sugar it's the perfect way to enjoy fresh seasonal fruit.  


  • 2 cups Chopped watermelon (try to remove most of the seeds)
  • 1 cup Frozen strawberries
  • 2 tbsp Hemp hearts
  • ⅓ cup Plant-based yoghurt (or your preferred choice)


  1. Chop the watermelon and remove as many seeds as possible.
  2. Add to blender with frozen strawberries, plant-based yoghurt, and hemp hearts.
  3. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
