Wicked Hemp Heart Wedges

  • 6 Potatoes cut in to wedges
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic salt
  • 2 tbsp Hemp hearts
  • 2 tbsp Hemp seed oil
  • 2 Thyme sprigs fine diced
  • 3 Mint leaves finely sliced for garnish
  • 4 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1 Lemon wedge


  1. Turn your oven on to 180°C.
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges, place into a bowl.
  3. Mix paprika, cumin, garlic salt, hemp hearts, thyme with the hemp seed oil into a paste and pour over the wedges, toss them around in the bowl to coat them well.
  4. Place your coated wedges evenly on a baking tray (lined with baking paper) and place them in the hot oven for 45min, turn if needed until golden.
  5. Now, in a small mixing bowl place yoghurt and a squeeze of lemon and mix together for the dip.
  6. Remove wedges from oven, place on a serving plate or in a bowl sprinkle with freshly sliced mint and a side of lemon yoghurt.
