Ingredients
- 6 Potatoes cut in to wedges
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Garlic salt
- 2 tbsp Hemp hearts
- 2 tbsp Hemp seed oil
- 2 Thyme sprigs fine diced
- 3 Mint leaves finely sliced for garnish
- 4 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 Lemon wedge
Directions
- Turn your oven on to 180°C.
- Cut potatoes into wedges, place into a bowl.
- Mix paprika, cumin, garlic salt, hemp hearts, thyme with the hemp seed oil into a paste and pour over the wedges, toss them around in the bowl to coat them well.
- Place your coated wedges evenly on a baking tray (lined with baking paper) and place them in the hot oven for 45min, turn if needed until golden.
- Now, in a small mixing bowl place yoghurt and a squeeze of lemon and mix together for the dip.
- Remove wedges from oven, place on a serving plate or in a bowl sprinkle with freshly sliced mint and a side of lemon yoghurt.
