Hemp hearts and oat milk make a delicious and nutritious combination that's perfect for smoothies, breakfast bowls, or enjoyed on its own. Hemp Farm® Hemp hearts, the shelled seeds of the hemp plant, are packed with protein, healthy fats, and essential minerals like magnesium and iron. They have a mild, nutty flavor that complements the creamy texture of oat milk. Oat milk, made from blended oats and water, is a popular dairy-free milk alternative that is naturally sweet and rich in fiber. Together, they create a beverage that's not only satisfying but also beneficial for heart health, digestion, and sustained energy.
